The next generation of living spaces, aimed at young business people visiting the big city for extended periods of time, 

and provides furnished and decorated apartments, a business lounge, a young and vibrant community life and diverse leisure activities

All the apartments in the building   were designed according to the young target audience of the project, musical instruments and a turntable with vinyl records were integrated in each apartment,

The lobby and corridors were painted a deep blue in combination with decorative profiles,

And in the business lounge located on the roof of the building, lounge corners, a hospitality and work area, and a gym and kitchenette were designed for the residents' well-being.
