NOVO - a real estate company operating in the heart of Soho in New York, has developed an innovative residential concept NOVO BOUTIQUE LIVING. The next generation of living spaces, aimed at young business people visiting the big city for extended periods,  and provides furnished and decorated apartments, a business lounge, a young and vibrant community life, and diverse leisure activities

All the apartments in the building   were designed according to the young target audience of the project, musical instruments and a turntable with vinyl records were integrated in each apartment,

The lobby and corridors were painted a deep blue in combination with decorative profiles. In the business lounge located on the roof of the building, lounge corners, a hospitality and work area, and a gym and kitchenette were designed for the residents' well-being.
